I bought this as a present for my brother’s birthday. He likes green tea. At first he didn’t add milk or honey and did not like the taste. But after watching "how to make a matcha latte" on you tube he loves it.

THIS IS THE BEST TEA EVER!

But, it can also be the worst tea ever if you don’t mix it right…

For me I mix it with 1/2 cup water (first I heat the water in microwave after that I add a teaspoon of the green matcha) I use my milk hand frother to mix that part (sold at the teavana store or amazon online) next I microwave a 1/2 cup non-fat milk, honey (or two packs of splenda) and a dash of Organic Madagascar Vanilla extract (you can use just plain vanilla extract)…yum!

I do not have time nor the patience for that wisk and that darn bowl. I mix it in the cup I will use to drink it.

My only problem ~is that I have to limited myself to 2-3 cups a day…this stuff is freaking expensive!

If you are unsure of what it taste like, because, I read one review where they though it taste like grass…just go to starbucks and ask for the green tea frapachino , and there you have it, yummie, yum, yum!

Better than I expected!
Purchased today at the mall and could not wait to try it. No fancy bowl or wisk here. Used my own kitchenware. Pampered Chef wisk and a wire meshed strainer. Followed the video made by Teavana and added a little honey locally produced mixed in a stone ware bowl. I even made sure the water temp was as suggested and I must say. It was ‘Silky Smooth ‘. The honey added just the right amount of sweetness. Will definitely purchase more Teavana Tea’s!
