Quite Sweet
this matcha contains quite a bit of sugar in it,the directions call for 1 cup milk/water-2tbsp matcha ratio. i would suggest doing 2cups milk/water-2tbsp matcha or 1 cup milk/water-1tbsp matcha. My recipe calls for 1 cup milk,1 cup unsweetened almond milk,2 tbsp matcha for a iced matcha frappe,quite tasty! i do prefer the rishi matcha brand over this.
