This Ceremonial Matcha is the best I have found. I have been doing Matcha for about 2 years now and have tried many. The ceremony of the bamboo wisk and bowl is easy and tasteful with this Matcha. My quest for a lower price and smooth taste has not been fruitful. The taste of this Matcha is smooth enough to just mix with water. Many of the other Matchas
I have tried require additions such as almond milk or honey. This is expensive but only requires a 1/2 teaspoon per serving and is very potent (but not in taste, taste is smooth). I sometimes use a whole teaspoon but that is for health, not taste.
