I though Matcha couldn’t get any better…
I’ve been drinking Matcha tea for over two years now and have always joked that it’s my “liquid cocaine”. (not condoning cocaine/ I’ve never done it) It helps me power through the morning and late night workouts with ease. Matcha has amazing health benefits and will give you maintained energy without a crash like coffee. It gives me a feeling of euphoria. (i’ve heard many people say the same) I usually buy my Matcha from Teavana, but decided to purchase the cheesecake flavor from Red Leaf Tea so i could mix it in my chocolate whey protein/ Chocolate super food smoothie. The result? HEAVEN.
I’ve had it plain, and mixed with a little almond milk and stevia. All three ways have been enjoyable. Can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Sweet and creamy!
This tea’s definitely got that ‘tang’ of cheesecake! It’s very sweet and creamy (I skip the sugar and put a splash of milk in) and I have it frequently at breakfast for a little indulgence.

Dessert in a cup
I really like the cheesecake matcha cold blended with almond milk. It tastes like a creamy, rich dessert in liquid form. Caramel and Maple Syrup are still my favourite flavours from Red Leaf, but this one was still well worth getting.
