Delicious as a hot matcha latte
I’m kind of surprised to be the first reviewer of this product because I think it’s been around a couple of months at least. Oh well.
My first try at this didn’t turn out so well. I was a bit overenthusiastic with the matcha and it..wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t what I was looking for, which was basically a hot oreo milkshake taste. The second time, perfect, definitely an oreo milkshake. The secret is to find that sweet spot of how much matcha to put into it based on how much sugar/water/milk you use. My recipe is a couple of ounces of 175 F water, frothed with a little electric matcha whisk until bubbly, add a bit of sugar to taste (around a half to 2/3 tsp or so) and then add about 10 oz of hot milk and voila! Perfect hot latte. Yum yum yum.
