Dessert.
It may seem like a strange combination, but the toffee and matcha complement each other perfectly! I’d describe it as sticky toffee pudding with a dollop of green tea ice cream on top. Who needs dessert when you’ve got this tea?!

Toffee Taste
While this is another great matcha from Red Leaf, it’s not my favourite. While there is a creamy and caramel-y taste to this matcha it’s not quite the english toffee taste that i was looking for. Still a good matcha but there are other flavours I’d recommend first!

This is amazingly good. Really REALLY good!

I taste the toffee – it is buttery, rich and caramel-y. All that’s missing is the crunch! I taste nutty notes together with hints of chocolate, and these flavors all meld together so nicely with the flavor of the Matcha to create a sweet, delicious, dessert-y treat!

It is especially good served as a latte, I prepared this Matcha as usual, using mostly water, but holding off on adding all the water I would to prepare, and then added just a splash or two of half & half (that’s all I had in the fridge!) to it, and the result is sweet, creamy, delicious, yumminess!
