There are a lot of chili oils on the market but this blend is an excellent asian blend. great flavor and makes the best spicy maki mayo ever. Flying fish roe, mayonaise and this sesame chili oil. You can put the spicy mayo on sandwiches as well. Yum. Combo the oil with some soy sauce, give or take rice vinegar with some garlic and green onion maybe some fresh ginger and you will look like you have been making asian food for years

HOT OR NOT KADOYA’S THE BEST SESAME OIL EVER
Kadoya makes the best hot (or unhot) sesame oil ever! my son is a chef and gave me my 1st bottles. when that ran out i could readily find the Kadoya regular sesame oil, but not the hot. i live in chicago, and went to every asian market i knew. other brands of hot sesame oil were available, so i tried a few…yuck. i was pleased to find kadoya hot sesame oil at amazon. the glass bottles arrives quickly and safely. with any sesame oil, save yourself some trouble, stick to Kadoya! it’s well worth the pennies more.
